Made to order
Most Wild Sage Apparel pieces are produced after an order is placed. Production time is separate from carrier transit time, so your order may not ship immediately.
Shipping estimates
Available shipping options and charges are shown during checkout when supported. Production and delivery estimates can vary by item, destination, print provider, carrier conditions, holidays, weather, and order volume. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information provided at checkout after the order has shipped. Tracking may take a short time to begin showing carrier movement.
Multiple packages
Items in the same order may be produced by different facilities and can arrive in separate packages or on different days.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the destination.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows an unusual delay, a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or an order appears lost, contact us so we can review the shipment details and available next steps with the fulfillment provider or carrier.
