By using the Wild Sage Apparel storefront or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page. Please do not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive activity.
Product information
We work to present product descriptions, images, colors, pricing, and availability accurately. Small manufacturing differences and differences between screens can occur. Products, variants, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
Orders
An order is subject to successful payment and availability. We may cancel or decline an order when necessary because of payment problems, suspected fraud, pricing or technical errors, unavailable products, fulfillment limitations, or other legitimate operational reasons. If an order is cancelled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes may be added during checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to the payment processor’s applicable terms.
Fulfillment
Many products are made to order and fulfilled through Printify and participating print providers. Production location, packaging, carriers, and fulfillment timing can vary by product and destination.
Returns and shipping
Our Returns & Replacements Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these terms.
Intellectual property
Wild Sage Apparel branding, original graphics, written content, and store design may not be copied, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without permission except where applicable law permits otherwise. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Store availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the storefront as needed for maintenance, security, product changes, or business operations. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wild Sage Apparel is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the storefront or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page identifies the current posted version.
